The ISG101 is a 2-port Ethernet switch designed as a 100 Mbps industrial-grade fiber media converter. This non-managed industrial Ethernet switch facilitates the conversion between one 10/100Base-TX twisted pair electrical signal and one 100Base-X SC optical signal, utilizing switching technology and store-and-forward methods for effective data transmission.
Built to withstand industrial standards, it features dual redundant power supply support and is designed to be dustproof, moisture-proof, lightning resistant, and capable of functioning in extreme temperatures. With an impressive Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of 300,000 hours, the ISG101 is ideal for a range of industrial applications such as automation control, traffic control systems, building automation, and data center monitoring.
